| The overall stay was very good, the hotel is showing age, yet still comfortable, the service was very good, staff very helpfull and friendly, the neighborhood appears to be getting ready for upgrade, empty lot next door, bottom line I would stay again and recommend to others. Thanks for allow us to stay with you for the race. |

| Carpet was old and needed to be updated, same for tub surround in bathroom. Rooms NOT sound-proof, so could hear flushing toilet in adjoining room, and person snoring in other adjoining room, not to mention every time someone walked up or down the hall talking, laughing, etc. Location was excellent and staff were all friendly and helpful. |

| There was nothing that stood out about this hotel to me. It wasn't a bad place to stay, but I know there were other hotels nearby for less money that may have been better quality. My one beef was that for the breakfast, they had waffles to make, but the batter was not kept cold, so that was a little disconcerting to me. Other than that, it was okay. |

| The room was pretty clean..a few stains on the comforter, but no big deal. Room had a microwave, refrigerator, and free internet. Continental breakfast was included which was a great bonus. Great value for the price. |

| Hotel OK for right on the beach. Older. Only 1 car per room parking. Felt a little unsafe for a woman traveling alone. |

| I really like the rooms, they were clean and nearly renovated. The surranding area needed a little more work like the elevators and the pool. The front desk staff was ok even though they didn't let us check in until 3pm even though I asked to please have a early check in because I have a 4 month old baby and needed the room as soon as possible but they didn't let go check in until 3pm and we were there at 1pm. But the guys were ok. It is very central if you like to walk the main restaurants. |

| Opt for the oceanside room for $5 more. Staff made a real effort to keep hotel clean and attractive. Breakfast room was cheery and attendants were freindly and helpful. |
