| The house keeper tried to come in and clean my room at 8am!!! Then when I told her we are checking out at 11am she then came back 30mins later!!! It was a great stay but the cleaning staff was clueless |

| Comfortable bed and room. Location for the Daytona race track was perfect. Quiet, clean room. Would definately stay there again. |

| Absolutely beautiful hotel! my husband and I were blown away by the location to everything, but also the quality and service of this hotel. Very highly recommended.. everything is close by! |

| We were in town for a wedding. After we left for the wedding, housekeeping forgot to clean our room! When we returned at 11:30 p.m. I called and they apologized repeatedly but did not attempt to do anything further until I asked what they intended to do. The desk clerk asked me to hold then returned and offered to comp breakfast for the two of us in the room. |

| The hotel and grounds were almost spotless. Hotel personnel were pleasant and accommodating, without being overbearing. I was amazed and appreciated the quiet atmosphere in the sleeping quarters. |

| The hotel is extrememly well maintained and the service is awesome. Our flight arrived in the early morning hours and I inquired if we could check in early. The hotel registrant took my phone number to call me when a room became available as every room was occupied the night before. The hotel registrant offerred for us to stay and have breakfast in the hotel as their guests while we waited for a room. That gracious gesture set the tone for our entire stay. Our beds were extrememly comfortable, the room was very spacious and very clean. The housekeepers were especially efficient and accomodating to our needs. I have stayed here before and have found this hotel's cleanliness and impeccable service to be very consistent. |

| The room selected was no longer available upon check-in and thus management decided to give me an upgrade to their most luxurious room. Problem with that was that someone that previously stayed in it had smoked in it and ruined the smell, untill the trusty bell man came in and took care of it. |
