| Very close to the base and easy access to evrything in Sierra Vista. We checked in around 6:00PM and I did my once through the room to make sure everything worked. The only thing I needed was an additional large towel. I called down and they said someone would bring one by 7:00PM. It never showed up.
A breakfast buffett is included with your room. It was very convenient to be able to grab breakfast right there before starting our day, The selection was good. I think the kitchen staff was overwhelmed howerever. When our group arrived ( 6 people ) there was no one else having breakfast, but there were no eggs out. When we asked if they would be replenished soon, we were snapped at by the motel employee. Later another man came in and notified the same woman the coffee was empty. She snapped at him too. Second morning, same behavior. Not a great way to start your guests day. If it bothers her to be told things are empty, she should make sure they are replenished before people can say something. Or the motel she hire a part timer to help her with the breakfast rush.
One of our party left their cell phone in their room. We notified the front desk. They sent someone right away to look for the phone. We receoved a call back and were told it was located and they would be happy to mail it to us. We appreciate the extra time this will take.
We were in a room at the back of the building. Looking over the wall to the neighborhood gave us some concern about parking our vehicle back there, so we parked near the front. Parking at the back was nearly empty so the feeling must have been felt by many guests. |

| We had a very nice stay. We were a few hours early for check-in but they found us a room anyway. The staff was very pleasant . |

| This was a nice room. The breakfast was good. The restraint next door gavel us 10% off our bill, food just of but nice to drink and walk. The internet connection was so slow couldn't really use it, want to watch a show from my computer. |
